Vinification follows a traditional barrel method, resulting in a ripe and flavorful wine. It expresses itself with notes of quince, pineapple, ripe pear, and sweet spices. Thanks to improved cellar management, the once more pronounced oxidative style has softened, allowing this wine to stand out for its balance and richness.
