Followed Footsteps: You get to play a token every turn, right

FromTheShire: Modeled along the lines of Niv-Mizzet Reborn, who was stupendously powerful in Standard but is mostly just fine in Commander

The Planeswalker essentially forces your opponent to play at sorcery speed, and gives your sorceries Flash as an uptick

This constant, untouchable advantage lets you start deploying massive, flying threats far ahead of schedule

Even if you dont need the tokens, you could do a lot worse than two white mana to make all of your creatures indestructible

Not only does this look like the best commander for the Necrons deck itself, it seems really sweet to build your own deck around and really focus on trying to trigger the first ability as often as possible
