I like this suite better than one shots for a few reasons

You can definitely make more aggressive blue decks

But an uncounterable spell that draws you a bunch of cards and lets you slap any creatures you pull onto the battlefield is massive value in a deck that looks to go-wide like this

Not bad if youre building a deck around them, but from a collectors standpoint, the lack of variety is a little disappointing

In the past, it was difficult to Synchro Summon this card in Barrett Decks because it required multiple monsters, but after the release of Structure Deck-Revolver, a new card, Barrett Tracer, made it possible to Synchro Summon easily with 2 cards in your hand even in Barrett Decks
