As for Amulet Titan, I don't consider it to be a Ramp deckit attempts to break a number of fundamental rules, and is better classified under unfair combo
It didn't technically reduce my mana costs, but it gave me an extra land drop on an artifact that could remove even planeswalkers
Replica: The background shows rainbow-like flashes instead of a metallic look
With this ability, the player either gains a three-card advantage, or drags their opponent toward slowly (but surely) milling their decks, which leads to an instant loss if the opponent has no more cards to draw at the beginning of their turn
