Pokmon decks can be full of card draw and tutor effects that would put MTGs equivalents to shame
The first time I properly met Simon was at Pro Tour Oath of the Gatewatch, where his team, Team Eureka, broke this deck out into the world after previously only being seen as a fringe deck on Magic Online (funnily enough, the CEO of ThreeForOne, Oliver Polak-Rottman, was also part of Team Eureka!)
Have read and understood the following documents
Monarchic Perfection X TRAP Continuous Once per Chain, if your opponent Special Summons a monster(s), and you control a Tribute Summoned monster (except during the Damage Step): You can banish 1 "Monarch" Spell/Trap from your GY, then activate 1 of these effects (but you can only use each effect of "Monarchic Perfection" once per turn)
Luluwalilith gives it a synergetic way of negating monster effects alongside a permanent boost in attack that can turn the card into a mammoth to overcome, even ignoring the other powerful cards at its disposal in spite of a loss of consistency due to the loss of Expulsion
It also lets you flip a coin at the beginning of combat on your turn until you lose a flip
