"Logan Paul sells Pokmon's Pikachu Illustrator card for record $16m to AJ Scaramucci"
Still, this card is worth surprisingly little given the popular Pokemons presence
The gold sits at the very end of that chain
(a 40 card deck can be divided into 8 piles of 5 cards, hence 8/40 rule) Going against this rule will tremendously affect your deck's consistency, your opening hands will be unplayable every once in a while and you will lose single games because of that
Dramatic Reversal + Isochron Scepter is an easy one (infinite mana + draw)
But as the game advanced with cards and decks focused entirely on special summoning swarms of monsters, there was little chance that this card would be allowed to continue interfering with the new meta standards
