Overall this monster is reasonably balanced although its effect is not as powerful of the one of more recent similar cards (for example Ash Blossom & Joyous Spring)
Cards like Splinterfright are just better at putting stats into play given their low cost
Some of the cards show moments from the game, such as Ivysaur and others gathering near a PokeStop equipped with a Lure Module, and Pikachu walking alongside its trainer
If everything's worked correctly, you'll see a little green message pop up that reads "Code redeemed successfully", as seen above
Secondly, due to Clefairy's eyes being swirls, it's actually really easy to mistakenly see this as a Jigglypuff card at first glance, as the two pokemon are very similar with their eyes being the main difference between the two
The thing with Populate is that it doesn't really give you much oomph unless you've got bigger tokens
