Commander players love the card since it becomes much easier to accelerate out permanents of all other eight nonland card types, with the exception of maybe Battles, since theyre a little more unique than other card types

Much of the deck is dedicated to stealing your opponent's cards but it doesn't fully commit to the strategy

Voice of Resurgence does that job significantly better, though, and hasnt seen much play yet, so I doubt a weaker version is going to change that even though I still dont understand why people arent running more Voices, so maybe its all just people adjusting slowly
