The set includes a Dragonite VSTAR card as well for players lucky enough to pull one, but Dragonite V on its own is one of the best in the set for its beauty and strength
If you want more Ring triggers for some reason it might not be bad, but I don't know if this will find a home in many decks that aren't both coincidentally Ring and sacrifice decks
This is a five-mana Explosive Vegetation with a bonus like Peregrination, so it's nice, but folks are just going to usually tend towards the Vegetation rather than this, which is why it hits my 40-spot overall and then also why it should be pretty cheap on the secondary market moving forward
A mana base can be simple (say, seventeen Plains in an all-white, 40-card deck) or it can be quite complex: featuring multiple colors of mana, lands with unusual abilities, and indirect methods of making mana (via artifacts, creatures, or spells)
